Disgusted! I filed a claim with NLC, I called and requested that the appraiser come to save the insurance company some money. I then had ServePro come and do the work, as well as replaced the broken plumbing. My house is in active foreclosure, and therefore I did not get the notice that NLC was not renewing my policy due to prior damage from a "preexisting" issue.
What, what issue? I learned all of this by speaking with a customer service rep. NLC dropped me withOUT inspecting the house AFTER ServePro did the work.This is rather deceitful type of work. I've been told to speak with my insurance agent, and I will. I will NEVER recommend a company that can not do face to face business, and deal directly with the customer.
