Putnam Ford was a nightmare since day 1 with my car. Every time I left that place my car had a new problem with it. Had my car for a year and a half and went through 3 water pumps. each time a hassle to get fixed (even though It was under warranty) . Brought my car in due to overheating, they told me nothing was wrong. about two weeks after one of my belts came out of my car on the highway and car completely over-heated. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. looking for a good car? Valenti is the way to go. Not Putnam Ford.
