Simsbury 1820 House

We visited the Simsbury 1820 House this past week-end for a family anniversary. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Inn-keeper Pam and members of her staff. We immediately felt like guests in a good friend's home! Our accommodations were comfortable, quiet and squeaky-clean. We arrived late Friday night and were served a delicious dinner in Metro Bis. Excellent food and beverages! Accommodating staff there, as well. They allowed us to sit and visit with relatives well past closing time. The party Saturday was well-organized by Courtney, of Metro Bis. Guests were given choices of salads and different entrees, each being prepared and served to perfection. We gave Simsbury 1820 House a five-star rating because it is seldom you find all the qualities that make a great B&B under one roof, but they've got it. Besides, you will adore the inn-keeper...she had us laughing the entire week-end! Thank you, Pam!! If you need a getaway, this is the real deal! New England charm, hospitality and great food! What more could you want??
