After we installed a new ductless heating and cooling system, we unfortunately had some manufacturer defects which caused a VERY minor leak in the system. The leak was so small that it was barely noticeable after recharging the unit with freon/refrigerant and pressurizing the entire system. After struggling to find the issue, we called Tom and his crew. They added ultraviolet dye, re-pressurized the system and checked everything with a UV light and electronic gas leak detector. They were very professional and went above and beyond in troubleshooting our situation and in finding the leak.
