During my first visit to this location, on April 28th 2018 around 11am, I witnessed both the person preparing the food, and one of the people preparing drinks, coughing without any sort of mask on. Both people were coughing often during my 10 minute visit, with the person preparing the food having more of a hacking cough. The floor manager should not allow this, especially considering how busy they were and how many people will likely get sick because of this.
