Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I bought leather sofas there about 2 years ago and they have faded and ripped. I purchased the insurance and when I called I was told this is not covered and was going to be charged for someone to come out and see if this fixable. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Very dissatisfied. Then another time I go in to purchase a table and all is going well “oh yes all is approved” set up delivery date and when I’m out the store I get a call that it wasn’t approved. B/S
