On Christmas I was driving home from my sisters house and one of there service vans flew past me. When they past me it was in a no passing zone and a corner. A rock flew up from his tires a put a big crack in my windshield. I finally caught up to him a few lights later getting the name of the company and license plate number. I called the and l/m with answering service. The owner called back and said that he talked to service tech and he denied it. The owner Ken was short and rude. He said lets cut to the chase what are you looking for. I can't believe this is the way a owner would talk to anyone. He did not show any empathy at all mind you this was Christmas. I have lived in the area for 34 years and will make sure I never use the company and never refer them to anyone. Supposedly he is a friendly local business I don't think so. Anyways happy holidays to all( even scrooges like him)
I hope they can use my check to buy a credit card reader, because no one under 40 is going to be using these guys in a few years. Honestly, an oil company only has to do two things- deliver oil, and make it convenient for the customer. I give them 3 stars for an amazing delivery time, but none for ease of service. Other companies in the area still deliver oil just fine, but also can keep my credit card on file and make payment automatic. For this reason, we will be using one of them.
