I have always had an excellent experience here, the people at the desk are courteous and helpful despite having what must be a challenging job at times (customer service can be rough!)

I'm really disappointed to see such a low review of this particular Spectrum branch. However, some of them are quite old. We had a very positive experience on the Saturday morning that we went in. The process was easy ~ sign in on the computer. When it's your turn, they call your name. We happened to be third in line that morning and the wait was pretty quick. This all depends on the reason people are there. Our issue (we were swapping out a cable box) was a pretty quick and easy one. Both women that were there that day, were very friendly and helpful...ours and the other one that was there (we could hear the other one interacting with the customer). Keep up the good work!
