Tacos La Rosa has thee best Mexican food in the New England area! Besides the phenomenonal tacos, their tamales and baked goods are second to none (especially their milk cake). It's a great little hole in the wall place. A true hidden gem in Willimantic. Big shout out to the family running La Rosa who are some of the best people here.
