Courtyard by Marriott Hartford Windsor

Full disclosure, I didn't stay here - but i almost did. I booked the wrong courtyard - and when I arrived at this one the gal at the counter was so helpful, even though I wasn't book at that location. She offered to try to switch me to her location, made phone calls, etc. and was just generally patient. I was pretty disorganized and she was really cool about it. We ended up staying at our originally booked location but I appreciated the great service. This was 4/7 around 2pm.
